WHO ARE WE?
We are two long-time friends. For 20 years, we've had varied career paths, acquired different skills, and gained rich experiences.
Our paths have gone in different directions, but always guided by the same obsession: to learn, to create, to remain curious.
In 2018, over a beer, we realised we wanted to get back to basics. To put our energy into a project that matters. Not just a clothing brand, but a way of saying that you can love fashion and refuse to turn a blind eye to its impact.
That's how LATER... was born in January 2019: a brand that tries to do things differently. Produce locally, respect the planet, without ever forgetting what makes us tick: well-cut pieces that are beautiful to wear and tell a story.
OUR COMMITMENTS
Respecting the planet and all those who live on it is at the heart of our approach. We choose recycled, upcycled or organic materials, and we limit our impact by reducing and offsetting our consumption.
We prioritize working with local partners who share our values, fairly compensate labor, and are committed to more sustainable fashion.
However, we don't always agree with claims that are labeled "sustainable." That's why we prefer to speak of responsibility. It applies to our environment, to our planet, but also to every person, organization, and community that makes up the society in which we live and which we want to see evolve.
In concrete terms, every decision is accompanied by simple yet essential questions: What are our environmental and social impacts? Is it viable in the long term? Who do we help and who do we negatively impact? How do we find the right balance between the two?
We are not striving for perfection, but for continuous improvement. Our ambition is to generate as many positive impacts as possible, with the means and ideas at our disposal. And above all, to show that another way of doing things is not only necessary, but achievable.

To limit single-use packaging, we ship your orders in reusable OPOPOP parcels, designed to circulate multiple times rather than being discarded after a single delivery.

To consume better, you first need to be well-informed.
The textile industry is sadly known for its opacity: cascading subcontracting, often missing material origins, and sometimes misleading labels and claims. It is difficult for consumers to know exactly what they are buying and who they are trusting.
At LATER…, we have chosen a different path. We offer you total, clear, and accessible transparency. Every material, every workshop, every production step is documented and shared. Our goal: to allow you to judge for yourself, with full knowledge of the facts.
We believe that more responsible consumption begins with information. Knowing the exact journey of a garment, understanding material choices, and knowing who contributed to its manufacturing: this is how we invite you to consume with awareness and pleasure.
OUR MATERIALS
We work with materials that already have a history: organic, upcycled, and a lot of recycled.
Recycling remains at the core of our approach, and even details like our milk casein buttons come from production surpluses. Every thread, every piece is closely monitored: we know our partners, from spinner to garment maker.
