Delivery
Our method
All our deliveries are made using the Colissimo service of the French postal service (La Poste). Depending on your country, you will have the choice between a pickup location or a direct delivery to your address (with or without signature). All deliveries from La Poste are carbon neutral.
We pay for shipping in France and for part of the cost for shipping to other countries above a certain basket price specified on product pages.
Shipping delay depends on your country : 3 business days for France, 5 business days for European countries and 8 business days for other countries.
For all our shipments, we chose to use reusable packaging. The products you buy from us are shipped in a RePack bag. Once received, deposit it for free in the nearest mailbox. It will be cleaned and re-used about twenty times before being recycled! We take care of the additional cost of this packaging, as it is the only solution we’re comfortable with.
