This year, 7 out of every 10 items of clothing in your wardrobe will never see the sun. And it’s not just a question of the weather. As consumers, our biggest lever for reducing the ecological impact of the textile industry is to buy only what we need; #ReduceOurConsumptionHabits. As a brand, our ecological responsibility is to design and manufacture clothing that lasts over time, using as few non-renewable resources as possible and using transformation, manufacturing and distribution processes that have as little impact on the environment as possible.
Our beliefs
At LATER… we believe that all this is possible while maintaining the pleasure of dressing.
We only use recycled materials, we don’t use dyes on our fabrics, we limit the distances between our suppliers, we deliver our oversheets in reusable parcels and we compensate for the carbon impacts that we haven’t yet managed to eliminate.
But because it doesn’t guarantee that LATER… clothes won’t sit in cupboards once you’ve bought them, we offer to buy them back from all our customers if they stop wearing them. Whatever the reason. We’ll use them again.
