Our engagments
It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your LATER garments. That’s why we allow returns up to one year after the date of purchase (if it hasn’t been worn beyond what’s reasonable to know if it’s right for you).
Here are the most important elements for making a return
- You have one year to make the exchange or return (if the part has not been worn).
- LATER… is responsible for all exchange and return costs.
- To obtain the prepaid label, send us an email to service-client@later.eco
- Return address is : LATER, 22 rue de la Donelière, 35000 Rennes, FRANCE
- Use the Repack package you’ve received to wrap your part, stick the label on it and drop it off at the post office.
- As soon as we receive the parcel, we will exchange or refund it according to your request.
